CHOCOLATE COOKIES

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup(125gms) flour
80gms. butter
6tbsp(75gms.)sugar
2/3(75gms.) cocoa
1/2tbsp.salt
1 egg
1tsp.baking powder
HOW TO PREPARE:
Sieve flour, cocoa,salt together.
Cream butter and sugar till very soft.
Add dry ingredients.
Knead lightly, Add milk to form a smooth dough.
Roll out thin.cut rounds.place on a greased tray.
Place in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
